Mohini, who has been with Caspian since 2006, heads our CSR and social outreach initiatives, working closely with our local partners, conducting due diligence, and monitoring the utilisation of Caspian's contributions. She also manages the human capital function. 

 

She is the Chairperson of the Indian Association of Secretaries and Administrative Professionals (IASAP), Hyderabad Chapter.

Mohini holds a Bachelors (B.Sc) Degree in Mathematics from Nagarjuna University and an Advanced Degree in Software Technology from ECIT, Hyderabad. She is also a Certified Compensation and Benefits Manager.
