At Caspian, Vijayalakshmi manages our balance sheet investments - comprising Direct investments and Fund investments (as part of our Fund of Funds strategy).

Her work experience is split between infrastructure financing and impact investing. She started her career with Larsen & Toubro in 2005 and worked in its Public-Private Partnership division where she was involved in portfolio valuation of infrastructure assets, private equity buyouts, divestments, and bonds issuance. Later in 2015 she moved to Opportunity International Australia in Sydney and worked on its plans to set up a social debt fund for its South East Asia operations.

 

Vijaya is a Chartered Accountant (from ICAI) and Certified Public Accountant (from CPA Australia).
